Manal is Egypt’s most prominent marathon runner & mountaineer, and has achieved many firsts for Arab & Egyptian women.
She is also a major women’s rights activist and founder of “Surviving Hijab”, an online community for hijabi women all across the world to celebrate their achievements and share their struggles.
Manal is an incredible athlete who is undeniably fuelled by ambition (for herself and others), so we were honoured to sit down with her for a few minutes to hear her story.
