Whether you’re looking for a slightly more indulgent way to enjoy your protein post-workout or you’ve got some friends coming over for a garden HIIT session in the sun and want to make sure they hit their protein goals in most refreshing way possible — a Cola Bottle Clear Whey float should be at the top of your list of recipes.
Makes 1Ingredients
- 300-400 ml cold water
- 1 scoop Clear Whey (Cola Bottle)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Dash diet lemonade
Instructions
1.
Grab a shaker and fill it with 300-400ml of cold water.
2.
Add one scoop of Cola Bottle Clear Whey to the water, fasten the lid and shake for 15 seconds until fully dissolved.
3.
Pour the Clear Whey into a glass of your choice and top it up with a splash of diet lemonade and some ice.
4.
Finally, finish off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
