Immunity-Boosting Smoothie

Whether you’re feeling run down, fighting off a cold, or could generally do with a pick-me-up, this immune system-supporting shake is just the thing to put a pep in your step. It’s absolutely packed with fibre, vitamins and minerals, along with a helpful dose of protein to keep you on track with your macro goals.
Plus, it only takes 5 minutes to make. What a way to start the day.
Servings:  Serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 small cooked beetroots
- 120 g frozen berries
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 small piece turmeric
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Isolate
- 1 tbsp. hemp
- 100 ml soy milk
- 2 tbsp. kefir or live yoghurt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a tall glass to enjoy immediately or into your shaker to take with you on the go.
