Metal shaker
5The marking on the insides help us measure the quantity. It mixes protein better than glass and spoon. It hardly takes one min, given proper shake to mix protein without any lumps. The cap on the top loosen up when open and closed unnecessary so keep that in mind.

4The quantity is a nice 700+mL The material used is kinda okay-ish, they could have used a better and hard metal, though it would be a lil heavy It’s more like a big glass utensil (the greyish one used in Indian households) The thing I loved the most is it’s cap!! Nice vacuum created there! I’d say it’s kinda over rated at 1499

5Shaker's metal is good and it can hold nearly a litre of liquid if filled to brim.

3The lid is not at all smooth to open and close. Also I noticed after buying that a transparent shaker will be much useful.
