Useful and effective
4A good 700 ml capacity (approx) Metal Shaker. The only problem is that the Cap and the mesh inside are attached and so little difficult while cleaning.

Terrible
1This product is expensive and seems high quality. However all Myprotein bottles have a problem wherein a part of the lid (that covers the drinking part) breaks off and sticks onto the bottle. This happened very soon after my purchase and I thought it was a one-off problem with the shaker so I bought another one. A few weeks later, the same thing happened. Very upset with this product. It’s a waste of money only because of this one flaw which can make it unusable.
