5This is the finest source of carbs I have ever had. I consume half a scoop of this before workout. It fuels me throughout the workout. After workout I consume 2 scoops because my workouts are pretty intense. Totally in love with it. The price at which myprotein offers its products is awesome. 4i have tried chocolate smooth flavored oats. Nice taste with good mixability in milk. Great product to load carbohydrates 2-3 hours before workout. Helps in gaining phase. Goes Well With:Milk

Great Post workout carbs
5I am in love with oats! This is a great instant carb source right after workout. I have been taking this for the past couple weeks and absolutely in love with it. Even after taking a 100gms of the product I can still eat solid food. It doesn't really fill your tummy. But goves you the energy back with quick carbs. 5I just fell in love with instant oats.. it tastes good and mixes great with water.. I take instant oats right after my workout and as the name says, it's instant. I am back with energy in no time and it doesn't bloat my stomach. After taking myprotein impact whey and instant oats, I still have space in my stomach to eat solid food.
