What are Rolled Oats?
Rolled oats are created when oat groats are steamed and then rolled into flakes. This process stabilizes the healthy oils in the oats, so they stay fresh longer and help the oats cook faster, by creating a greater surface area of the oat. Rolled Oats are perfect for making porridge and can be mixed with either water or milk.
Benefits of Rolled Oats
Rolled Oats contain beta-glucans which have been shown to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Consumption of beta-glucans from oats or barley as part of a meal contributes to the reduction of the blood glucose rise after that meal

Highly Overpriced
How can on earth a 1kg of oats cost 2k+ ? Lol .. I had tried this earlier it's good product and but increase in the is unacceptable. Quaker rolled oats would cost 225 inr for 750 gram. That's is way better in every aspect

Excellent
MyProtein Rolled Oats are a brilliant and effective way to start your day. They cook really easily and taste great even with just plain water. With 6.2g of protein per scoop, it serves as a great slow carb source for pre-fast meal. The only reason I give it one less star is because of the price. Overall I'm very happy with the product.Goes Well With:Crunchy Peanut butter, Mango whey.
