I was pleasantly surprised with this multivitamin!
5I was pleasantly surprised with this multivitamin! I was hesitant to try it at first because I am not a fan of most multivitamins, but I am so glad I did. This one doesn't have that chalky, vitamin-y taste or texture. It's also really easy to swallowGoes Well With:Water

Well balanced but can be made better
3It's a good product overall and does improve overall well being and energy. However, some of the vitamins and minerals can be optimised to give adequate quantities viz. Vitamin D. Additionally, minerals such as potassium which are difficult to get in high amounts in your daily food intake can be included.

4Please use calcium citrate instead of calcium carbonate because carbonate can cause kidney stone. Other than that overall it is a good multivitamin.

5I have been using since 1 month and it definitely makes difference. There are many multivitamins are available in market but this is best I have found till date. A bit costly in compared to others but it's worth buying. Only thing which I don't like about is its taste & smell.
