Seems difference
3The print on container is different than shown in myprotein app. They say vitamin B5 is added, but its not mentioned on product I received. So it creates doubt about genunity. Rest things are same. Lets give it a try.Goes Well With:Protein shake in breakfast

Increase in Energy, Effective Product
5Product is effective. Results after a month of use is quite good. What I like is the adequate amount of vitamins in it. Most multivitamins have too much. This one has the right amounts and acts as a supplement to the food you take. I don't know why people complain about taste when this is a tablet. One thing I would like is to reduce the amount of Calcium in it and increase Vitamin D. Calcium is abundant in Indian diets. Vitamin D is lacking.Goes Well With:Breakfast

4After a long list of buying multiple brand Multivitamin , finally i tried My Protein's Alpha Men and like after 1 month of use i can tell you that i'm observing less Fatigue and tiredness in Muscle after Workout . I've observed my Muscle Recovery has become slightly better than before. In starting i found the taste& smell to be odd but after a time it becomes insignificant and you can easily take it regularly.

Instant increase in daily energy from first week
5My daily energy levels have drastically increased after using this product for less than a week. I can work much longer and my appetite has also slightly increased. However, do not take more than 1 a day! I accidentally had 2 tablets at lunch one day and was too energetic to go to bed before 2AM that night.

Blend of all Vitamins
5Perfect blend of all vitamins in limited dose compared to high dose of selected vitamins in Daily Multivitamins. I take it daily after breakfast and no problems yet. One more thing that it makes stand out form rest of brands is its no preservatives/glazing agents formula.Goes Well With:Breakfast.
