Doesn't dissolve
1It's doesn't dissolve at all. Neither with hot/cold water, with spoon/ mixer.. Stays same like sand 🤐

5It’s a must go for everyone who want to hit hard at the gym. It helps in increasing strength and you can actually feel the results within 2 weeks as you will be lifting more than you can before that.Goes Well With:Water or juice.

Creatine Monohydrate
5Creatine is one of the most used and safest supplement to use. I have been using Creatine Monohydrate from quite sometime and hv felt the difference in my recovery. I have been using it in my post-workout shake along with MyProtein Whey Isolate. Product is good but I wish we could get Creapure version in India. Since this is monohydrate so doesn't mix so well. I can feel the granules at the bottom. Since only unflavoured version was available at the time of my purchase so can't comment on the taste. Unflavoured is literally unflavoured. Can't feel any taste at all which is a good thing in my case since i mix it with Chocolate flavoured Isloate. If this was some added flavour like Berry Blast or something it would become an odd combination of Berries and Chocolate. :) Goes Well With:Water, Whey Isolate

4so when you started using creatine you will start feeling the results . it upbring my stamina as well as power ,increase my rep range as well. so in opinion its an effective product . Goes Well With:good with water
