5I'd say this is one of the best ones out there. The effects on muscle growth are just ..... the best! Just been using this for a week and i gotta say the muscle growth nd recovery are just....... awesome! Go for it!!!Goes Well With:Use it with a high carb nd protein meal for maximum absorption.

Scoop is 5 grams not 3!!!
4I think it's good overall, but beware that 1 scoop is Not of 3 grams. This is a big mistake.

Mixablitt is so poor
4I mix my creatine with whey though it tastes stoney and crunchy specually in the loading phase
