Fish oil Benefit
Our diet is high in omaga 6.We have to ballance ratio of omaga 3 and omaga 6.But there is to much omaga 6.And very little omaga 3.We need omaga 3 for propper function of brain. Fish oil has DHA. And it has not only support our brain much more.

A must required product for all... No bad smell from mouth as u get in other regular fish oils.. But the product is a bit costly... EPA AND DHA quantity could be more..
