Fish oil Benefit
5Our diet is high in omaga 6.We have to ballance ratio of omaga 3 and omaga 6.But there is to much omaga 6.And very little omaga 3.We need omaga 3 for propper function of brain. Fish oil has DHA. And it has not only support our brain much more.

5A must required product for all... No bad smell from mouth as u get in other regular fish oils.. But the product is a bit costly... EPA AND DHA quantity could be more..
