Lieutenant Colonel Devinder Singh Multani, a daring hero who fought the Battle of Chamb and was an integral part of Indian Peace Keeping Force (from 1987 to 1988)
Lt. Gen. YN Sharma, an epitome of spirit of sacrifice and selfless service who fought the 1971 war where he was wounded and lost his one leg. He rose to become the first Commanding General with a ‘game leg’ in the history of Indian Army.
