5tastes very good, right amount of sweetness and i don't get cravings for sugar as i ate 1 each day. amount of fats and sugar in the cookie as it ate 1each day, fits right in my diet plan.Goes Well With:usually i have taken it with oats in breakfast and in preworkout on alternate days.

5It is a very good product. Pretty protein rich and clean , nutrient wise. A little dry , but it is paired well with some hot milk. Perfect evening snack to load protein.Goes Well With:Hot milk
