4I am using it since past 6-8months ,I found choclate brownie flavour the best and it is effective in terms of protein fulfilment and can be used in fatloss as well as muscle building. I am a happy customerGoes Well With:Water ,milk,and any kind of medium dense liquid .....best goes with water

4Myprotein basically gives you great quality protein for reasonable price. Mixability is on the good side. However the flavour (slated caramel) lacked a punch with water. With milk it was better. Overall it’s a great deal.Goes Well With:Milk
