5I have been a regular user of my protein products now and have been pretty much satisfied with everything so far. This amino works wonders but make sure to focus on diet also by having either maintainence calories or deficit if you want to get rid of that extra fat. Please research well before using, I have been getting good results within 2 weeks, having lost 2 kgs with strict diet.

4I have been working out for 6 month before i started taking L-Carnitine tablets and my weight was between 59-60kgs, and now i have been taking it for 2 weeks without changing my diet plans, and after 2 weeks my weight was 58.7kgs, also i am seeing results in my body as i can see more muscle fibers maybe because of less fats due to taking L-Carnitine
