5If you are a vegetarian and looking to complete your Amino profile, then this is it. Non-vegetarian foods such as meat and fish has the necessary Aminos but it becomes a bit difficult for the vegetarians. L-Glutamine becomes a must in a situation like this. I use it in my post workout shake along with MyProtein Whey Islolate. Goes Well With:Water, Whey Protein Isolate.

4Help well with recovery and to avoid muscle loss while performing my fasted cardio. Not so great taste, it tastes like medicine. but benefits with recovery outweigh the taste factor.Goes Well With:Ice cold water

Label Issue
3In ingredients sections it is written that on 250g you will get 83 serving but on packaging it's 50. The taste of berry blast is awesome Goes Well With:Water and Creatine

3Serving scoop mention on website 166 for 500 g pack, but on back of pack it is mention only 100 servings
