Add 7-10oz of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 30g, shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.

amazing night time protein
I am a type-1 diabetic since last 10 years, this protein did not impact on my fasting sugar, make sure to drink it before 40 minutes before bedtime. it will give you gas if you dont eat a lot of veggies. so keep your diet healthy and take it. Goes Well With:add some strawberries or one banana and blend it together with the protein.

Slightly hard to mix
Quality of MP is literally so good !! But the issue with this casein is this is very hard to mix with water or with milk, Apart from this fact everything is just fine.
