One of the Best casein protein in market
5I am using My Protein Casein from 5 months and it have shown me very good results and effective in muscle building, i find casein working for me much better than whey, as it improves sleep quality and acts when sleeping, so beneficial for me in both ways.Goes Well With:Best with Milk, for flavour add Hershey syrup for best tastiest post workout shake.

Does the work
4I've ordered the same last year but feel like the taste has drastically gone down. It doesn't feel like the quality it once was. I've given 3 for Mixability because I have not tried experimenting with it much.

Lumps like rubber so dry zero solivilty

Does not taste great
2My first time trying casein but it does not taste good at all and produces a grainy mix with water which feels really bad. Gave it to my friend who takes casein from other brands, even he was surprised with this.
