Casein Protien(chocolate)
2taste wise-I find muscle blaze's casein much better, though it has few more carbs than this. this is also okay, has a chalk like texture. you'll feel slightly more full than in whey. Got the 2.5kg pack at 3300 so for that price its okay.Goes Well With:water, almond milk

Not worth the price
2Effectiveness - Very good. Good at repairing tired and broken muscles throughout the night. Taste - Poor taste since it is unflavoured. Mixability - very poor mixability with both milk and water. Overall, didn't like this casein in this unflavoured pack.Goes Well With:Doesn't go well with both milk or water

Consuming hack
4Just a hack for taking casein added little whey protein along while mixing and found relief that this thing could finally be consumed Plus flavoured whey changes the taste too Goes Well With:Water and little bit whey

Great pre-sleep shake.
4Pros: 1. Thick consistency, so good option after a light meal. 2. I don't feel as hungry when taking this a few minutes before sleep. Cons: 1. After mixing if left untouched even for a couple of minutes, mixture get's separated into multiple layers. (Could be a behaviour of Caesin Protein in general, not sure) 2. Produces too much froth, which doesn't go away too as it's thick.

Use cinnamon for taste
5Chocolate variant of casein works well with cinnamon and tender coconut water. High mixability. I use a whisk to mix... no need to blend in the blender. Creates a tasty drink well suited to handle 6 pm hunger pangs. Goes Well With:Cinnamon powder Dissolve in tender coconut water
