Slow release and controls hunger
5I've started having casein to deal with that 6 pm hollow feeling. Works better than whey because it's slow release and controls hunger. I don't usually need dinner when I have this. Also no annoying 930 pm hunger pangs - for me that's always been a vulnerable time in the day when my willpower is low. This solves that issue. Goes Well With:Casein has no taste. So you can't drink it as is - I mix it with tender coconut water and cinnamon powder. That makes it tolerable... but taste is not its strong point. Going to try the chocolate flavored casein next.

Ok product. Not great.
3I ordered the unflavoured one, mixability is poor. It is unflavoured but very hard to mix and consume in Water. Effectiveness is also not that great. Seems like a below average product from Myprotien. Goes Well With:Nothing

Too tooo toooo Sweet. Unbearable.
1Why would you create such alarmingly sweet suppliment. I have no idea where chocolate tastes like this. I really want to exchange it for unflavoured. It is sweeter than ice cream. Can’t bear it!

4I loved the product , but the taste was not good, it may be because I bought the unflavoured one . Go for the flavoured one . Slow digesting one!! Results for sure

My protein casein
5I have ordered this for first time and I must say great and Faster recovery. Better digestibility also no discomfort feeling like other brands. I will highly recommend this product and also appreciate the dilivery service and costumer support team.Goes Well With:Shakes rich creamy texture makes it perfect blend for thick shakes

My Protein Stack Review
5The taste consistency and mixibility of both my Miscellar Casein and Whey Protein Isolate was 10/10 no complaints whatsoever will order the same stack once I run out of my current one loved the Chocolate flavour as wellGoes Well With:I take casein with milk and it feels like I'm having a chocolate milkshake and whey protein isolate post workout with water for fast absorption and to my surprise the whey tastes amazing with water as well

Disappointed
1It's not upto the mark.. Mixability is low. Even after using a blender, I still feel particles while sipping. Using a shaker will leave a heavy foam. Chocolate flavour but it's a blank taste. When I order first time, it's fine . Bt now it's totally worse.. I can't even say its a duplicate as I order on official site. Drinking it forcefully only to finish it. Ordered 2.5 kg. Waste of money
