5Tried casein first time. Taste is good. Mixability is also good.

Just fine
3This is the first time I tried Casein and I was in for a shock. I was expecting for it to taste like normal Whey Protein but oh was I wrong!... It tastes very bad but I was later told that's the case with all the Casein available in the market. I would recommend to buy an unflavored one instead. Mixability is good. Keeps u full for the night but does cause slight bloating for the initial 1 hour. Overall the product seems to do it's work but if u are expecting it to taste good then I would say just throw in another scoop of whey Protein instead.

Casein worked for me
4Thick, heavy, filling, nice. Just the protein content in a scoop is a little less. Otherwise all good, works and feels best at night. Helped me a lot as a hardgainer.Goes Well With:Water, Milk

Result oriented products...
5I have used this product for the first time and results are tremendous. Taste wise its very nice and thickness of the products gives a feeling of choclate shake when mixed with milk. You should not miss this product. Use my code ‘SAKSHAM’ to get additional discount. Enjoy

Perfect tasting casein, and not too sweet
5I've been having this since past 4 years, and thankfully it is the same. Perfect for pre bed meal and recovery. Lots of people complain its texture being thick, but it is what casein should be like. Pro tip: if you have high metabolism, and digest your meals faster, mix a scoop of this with 200ml of milk. Also, the unflavoured one is superb, provided you can do without sweetner. I've had that quiet a few times in 2.5kg bags. Sometimes i used to blend it with fistful of berries like strawberry, and blueberry. But that should be had in AM, not PM.Goes Well With:Milk

3Seems thick when i mix with milk. Stomach feels bloating in the morning when i use at night.

Expiring product
1I bought a 2.5kg pack and its manufactured last year. I only have a month to use it before it expires. Really bad experience. They always send expiring products. Hate it.Goes Well With:How will I take it when it's gonna expire😠 .

1I used chocolate flavour but its taste is very bad. Don't buy this flavour.

5one of the better casein products that I have come across. apart from the texture being a little too on the powder side, it is a product that is great value for money

Great option for a slow digestion protein
5a great option for night time protein due to its slow digestion properties. Mixability is ok, I take it in water, have to shake a bit extra as it takes time to mix and it forms a thick shake. As it is a slow digestion protein, you feel full after taking it. Taste is average, not what a chocolate flavour should taste like. I am sure about the quality as this one is from MyProtein which delivers the best quality protein, so 5 stars for effectiveness. Would definitely recommend to try this if you are looking for a casein proteinGoes Well With:water
