GREAT OPTION FOR A TASTE CHANGE
THIS ONE WAS A SURPRISE FOR ME AS I NEVER HAD SOMETHING OF THIS SORTS, BUT, IT TURNED OUT TO BE A GREAT GAMBLE AND NOW I AM ADDICTED. YOU GET GREAT PUFFED AND DELICIOUS IDILS THAT ARE ALSO GIVING YOU PROTEIN. WHAT ELSE CAN ONE ASK FOR? Goes Well With:I MAKE TAMATO & GARLIC CHUTNEY WITH IT, ALSO, I STIR FRY THEM WITH ONIONS AND CAPSICUM AT TIMES TO GIVE IT A TWIST OF MY OWN.

Fav breakfast option
Earrings eggs daily for that protein goal can be boring at times .And rava idli mix can be a great alternative to that which is very easy and fast to prepare . It contains protein intake of almost 7 eggs whites which is a huge amount of protein and that’s why I’m consuming it in my breakfast on alternative days Goes Well With:Milk , chai , juice or coffee
