Add 3 1/3 large scoops (100g) to 500-1000 ml of water or full fat milk in a Myprotein shaker, shake for 30 seconds and consume 30 minutes pre/post workout.

Worst Gainer Ever
I had drink many gainers but this is the worst one. Very bad in taste, poor mixability, just like a chalk powder. Really disappointed by this sh:tGoes Well With:Nothing goes well with this gainer

Very bad product
I used MuscleBlaze Gainers but i ordered this first time and i really disappointed by this product. Worst gainer ever i bought. Very bad taste poor mixability and texture feels like a soil in mouth.

It mixes very well, lump free, smooth texture, tastes good Bcz of not much sweetness of chocolate flavor, good price compared to other leading brands if purchased from official website or app rather than leading stores or nutritional stores, easy digest, no bloating, no farts, recommend usage they mentioned 3 but I started intake 2 full scoops Bcz I’m beginner, increased 2 kgs from 53 kgs to 55 kgs with add on good diet and small workouts from a month. Also they come up with offers where as compared to store prices Goes Well With:Myprotein Whey Protein add on scope intake for balanced protein

Weight gainer blend in mango is thick and tasty but more sweet. mixability good and taste is mango juice a like ...good product. Received in 3-4 days.... Goes Well With:Water and banana shake... Milk makes more sweeter

Good effectiveness
I got this product a while back and when i started using it it didn't taste good at all but after using it for a while i was able to see good results so that compensates for the taste atleast. I think it's one of the best weight gainers available because of the high protein content per serving. Overall bad taste good performance.Goes Well With:Milk and nothing else
